New renovated original stone villa is originally built 1958 Villa Joe is set on 3 floors, with a total of 300 m2 of living space and 700 m2 outdoor. The villa offers 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and capacity 10+2 guests.
The 1st floor is the living area, dining room, kitchen, wine cellar, room with billiards and dart and toilette.
On the 2nd floor are three bedrooms and covered terrace where guests can relax in with a beautiful panoramic view and nice breeze during the summer.
Two master bedrooms are at 3rd floor.
All bedrooms and a living room have a flat-screen TV and the villa is fully air-conditioned, thus covered with wireless internet connection
There is a covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue and outdoor dining area.
Other outdoor amenities are swimming pool of 40 m² (10 m*4 m) with shallow, cover and heated. 3 bicycles, and children's playground, shower and lounge chairs by the pool.
Hot tube and sauna are in the room next to the pool and there is shower room and toilette.
